01

Power assist that reads the direction you push

The drive unit senses whether you are pushing or pulling and applies torque the same way, switching between the two without you touching a switch or letting go of the handle. Average hand force stays at roughly 20 N, so a fully loaded 100 kg bed moves about like an empty barrow.

02

Sized for the row, not the road

Overall width is 1 000 mm, ground clearance 240 mm and the turning radius 0.25 m — tight enough to swing round at the end of a planting row without backing out. The standard bed measures 1 310 × 710 × 300 mm and takes crates flat, without overhang into the next row.

03

Climbs and holds a 20° slope

Gradient work is rated to 20° both ways: it climbs under load, and holds its position on a 20° slope once you let go of the handle. From standstill it reaches full speed in six seconds or less; from 15 km/h it comes to a stop within three metres.

04

Over four hours on one charge

Continuous operation is rated at more than 4 hours at working speed, which covers a full picking shift in the orchard. Empty weight is 80 kg and overall length 2 500 mm, so it moves between blocks like a barrow rather than like machinery.

05

Built to your row spacing

Bed size, wheel size and overall dimensions are quoted as customisable. Tell us the crate footprint and the clear width between your trees and we build the platform around them, rather than asking you to work around a fixed deck.
